Contact Kuya Mar directly via WhatsApp or Viber at 0927 728 1367, or via Smart at 0931 172 6585. Please send the following details: (1) the package name, (2) your preferred date, (3) the total number of participants, (4) your hotel location if you need transport, and (5) your mobile number.
We recommend booking at least three to five days in advance to secure your preferred date, especially for Saturday join-in tours which fill up. For private tours, booking a week ahead gives you the most flexibility in choosing your start time.
Same-day and next-day bookings may be possible depending on availability. Please send a message via WhatsApp as early as possible. We cannot guarantee a slot for last-minute requests, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
Deposit and payment details will be communicated when you contact us to book. Please reach out via WhatsApp or Viber to discuss payment arrangements for your specific tour and group size.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible via WhatsApp. We understand that travel plans change, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date where possible. Specific cancellation terms will be discussed at the time of booking.
The daytime join-in tour and the private daytime tour begin at Beanleaf Café inside Fort Santiago, Intramuros, Manila. The night tour begins at the main entrance of San Agustin Church, also inside Intramuros. Exact meeting coordinates can be shared via WhatsApp upon booking.
All tours include: (1) a DOT-accredited tour guide, (2) entrance fees to all attractions on the itinerary (Fort Santiago, Casa Manila, San Agustin Church), and (3) a complimentary disposable raincoat if needed. No hidden charges for the standard package.
The tour price does not include: personal meals and drinks, optional add-ons such as hotel pick-up and drop-off, Kalesa (horse-drawn carriage) rides, and any personal purchases made during the tour. These are available separately at an additional cost.
Each tour lasts approximately four hours. The daytime join-in tour runs from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN. The night tour runs from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Private daytime tours can have a flexible start time but follow the same four-hour duration.
The join-in tour is a small-group experience shared with other registered participants. We keep group sizes small to ensure everyone can hear the guide clearly and have a comfortable, personal experience. If you prefer to have the guide entirely to yourself and your group, consider booking the private tour.
Yes. All three tour packages are listed as suitable for families. The daytime join-in tour and the private daytime tour are particularly well-suited for children. The night tour includes folklore stories about mythical creatures (Manananggal, Kapre, Tikbalang) which may be better suited for older children. Parents can decide based on their children's comfort level.
Intramuros is a walking tour through a historic area, and some paths involve cobblestones and uneven surfaces. If you or a member of your group has limited mobility, please let us know when booking. We will advise on the most accessible route and pace the tour accordingly.
The tour is conducted in English. Kuya Mar is an experienced guide who has led tours for international visitors from all over the world.
The Intramuros Past & Present Daytime Join-In Tour is ₱750 per person. This includes all entrance fees and a complimentary raincoat. The tour runs every Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN.
The Private Intramuros Past & Present Tour is ₱4,500 for up to five guests. Each additional guest beyond five is charged ₱750. For example: six guests = ₱5,250, seven guests = ₱6,000. The private tour is available any day with a flexible start time.
The Intramuros Night Tour is ₱750 per person. This includes all entrance fees and a complimentary raincoat. The night tour runs every Saturday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (meet-up at 2:50 PM).
Children's pricing may vary depending on the age of the child and the entrance fee policies of individual attractions inside Intramuros. Please ask about children's rates when you contact us to book, and we will clarify based on your group's specific ages.
Payment details and accepted methods will be confirmed when you contact us to book. Please reach out via WhatsApp or Viber at 0927 728 1367 to discuss payment arrangements for your specific booking.
Wear light, comfortable clothing suitable for warm weather and walking. Closed-toe shoes or comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended — the streets of Intramuros include cobblestones and uneven pavement. Bringing a hat or cap and applying sunscreen before the daytime tours is also advisable.
We recommend bringing: (1) a fully charged mobile phone for photos, (2) water or a refillable bottle, (3) cash in Philippine pesos for personal purchases, snacks, or optional add-ons, and (4) comfortable walking shoes. Sunscreen and a hat are helpful for the daytime tours. Raincoats are provided complimentarily, but you are welcome to bring your own umbrella.
We provide complimentary disposable raincoats for all participants, so light to moderate rain does not cancel the tour. In cases of severe weather, typhoon warnings, or conditions that make walking unsafe, we will contact all registered participants and work to reschedule at no additional charge.
This is an active walking tour lasting approximately four hours. The route covers several blocks within Intramuros, including Fort Santiago, Casa Manila, Manila Cathedral, and San Agustin Church. Guests should be comfortable walking for extended periods at a relaxed, conversational pace. Rest stops are included throughout the tour.
Absolutely. Photography is encouraged throughout the tour. Please note that some areas inside Fort Santiago and certain heritage sites may have their own photography rules or restricted zones, which the guide will point out when relevant.
Food is not included in the standard tour price. However, the guide can recommend nearby food spots, local markets, and restaurants in and around Intramuros. If you would like a food-focused experience, please mention this when booking and we can discuss options.
Yes. Hotel transfers are available as an optional add-on. Rates depend on the vehicle type: Sedan/Mini SUV — ₱6,500, SUV — ₱7,500, Van — ₱9,500, Coaster — ₱20,000, Tourist Bus — ₱30,000. Night tour rates are slightly lower. Please mention your hotel location when booking.
Yes. A Kalesa ride through Intramuros can be added to any tour as an optional experience. The rate is ₱1,000 per carriage (up to six passengers). Please request this when booking so it can be arranged in advance.
Yes. If you have specific interests, places you want to prioritize, time constraints, or accessibility needs, we can discuss a custom arrangement. Private tour guests have the most flexibility to adjust the pace and sequence of the itinerary. Contact us via WhatsApp to discuss your requirements before booking.
